Pinnacle Tanner Google Bridge
Effective and last updated: October 28, 2026
Operator and purpose
Del Ratcliffe operates Pinnacle Tanner Google Bridge as a private integration for his executive assistant, Tanner, supporting authorized Pinnacle Golf work. The bridge is not offered as a public account-registration service. Privacy and support contact: dratcliffe77@gmail.com.
Google data accessed
With the account owner's Google authorization, the bridge accesses file information and content needed for requested tasks in Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets. This can include file identifiers, names, types, folder information, revision information, document text, spreadsheet cells and ranges, and content created or updated for the owner. The exact permissions granted are displayed by Google during authorization.
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens enable access on behalf of the authorizing Google account. They are held in the protected runtime credential mechanism rather than included in assistant prompts or published on this website.
How data is used
Google data is used to find and read requested sources, summarize and analyze information, draft work products, create or update permitted documents and spreadsheets, verify results, and coordinate the owner's authorized work. Operational records support continuity, troubleshooting, security and recovery.
Google data must not be sold, used for advertising or surveillance, or used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. These restrictions govern the operator's use and transfers of Google data.
AI processing and authorized sharing
Relevant content retrieved from Google may be sent to OpenAI through Tanner's configured model service for reasoning, summarization, drafting and other requested assistance. This is cloud AI processing, not exclusively on-device processing.
Relevant content and derived work products may also pass through authorized assistant workflows and be stored in the owner's Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint records. If the owner uses Tanner through Telegram, replies and their included content pass through that service. Information is shared with other recipients only as authorized by the owner and subject to the applicable access controls. Authorized operators may review records to support requested work, investigate a specific problem or maintain security.
OpenAI's published API policy states that API data is not used for model training by default unless the customer opts in. The operator's policy prohibits opting Google user data into generalized model training. OpenAI may retain content for service operation, safety or legal obligations depending on the endpoint and account settings; see OpenAI's API data controls. This integration does not promise a Zero Data Retention configuration.
Storage and security
The operator-controlled runtime holds credentials and operational files. Retrieved content may appear in local response files, assistant conversation and session records, task results, work products, diagnostic evidence and backups. Canonical work records may be stored in the owner's OneDrive or SharePoint. Google retains source files and their version history under the Google account's settings.
The documented runtime uses protected credentials, restricted application tools and controlled administrative access. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security. This public information site contains application and privacy information; it does not provide access to Google documents or the private bridge.
Retention and removal
Records are retained as needed for the owner's ongoing work, continuity, verification, security, troubleshooting and recovery. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised for local response files, conversations, task records, diagnostic evidence or backups. Copies may remain until the operator reviews and removes them; Google authorization expiry or revocation does not itself delete these copies.
To request removal, contact the operator and identify the relevant account, task or record without sending passwords, tokens or authorization codes. The operator will review the request, stop the affected processing where appropriate, and arrange removal of identified copies under the operator's control, subject to necessary legal, security and recovery obligations. Copies held by service providers follow their applicable controls and retention practices. Source-file deletion and backup cleanup require separate administrative handling; the bridge's normal tools do not perform deletion.
Your access controls
You can review or revoke the Google connection through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further use of that authorization grant, but does not remove existing documents, outputs or retained records. Contact the operator for help disconnecting the integration or addressing retained data.
Google API Limited Use
Pinnacle Tanner Google Bridge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Transfers are limited to providing the owner's requested features and other uses permitted by that policy.
This website and policy changes
This information site does not ask visitors to sign in to Google, upload documents or provide credentials, and it contains no application-added advertising or analytics scripts. Its hosting providers may process ordinary connection information to deliver and secure the pages.
The operator will update this policy when data practices change. New uses of Google data require appropriate disclosure and any additional consent required by Google. Questions can be sent to dratcliffe77@gmail.com.
